This Dispatch Rider Privacy Policy explains how Nomadicpod (“Drift”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data of dispatch riders, couriers, and delivery partners (“Riders”, “you”) when using the Drift Driver or Courier Platform.
By registering or operating as a dispatch rider on Drift, you agree to this Policy.
1. SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
This Policy applies specifically to:
- Dispatch riders and delivery partners
- Parcel delivery and logistics services
- Courier tracking and delivery management systems
It applies in addition to the general Drift Privacy Policy.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM RIDERS
2.1 Personal Information

- Email address
- Home address (where required)
- Profile photo
- National ID or government-issued identification
- Driver’s license (if applicable)
2.2 Vehicle & Operational Information

- Vehicle registration documents

2.3 Delivery Activity Data

- When the app is running in the background (if permitted)

Location data is essential for logistics operations and cannot be fully disabled while using delivery services.

Tracking is active during all assigned deliveries.
6. PROOF OF DELIVERY DATA

Disabling location access may limit or suspend your ability to perform deliveries.
